MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30AM TO 5.30PM & OCCASIONAL SATURDAY WITH A DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our hybrid vehicle administration function, based at our Head Office in Motherwell. The ideal candidate will be process driven, organised, and have exceptional attention to and accuracy. Experience working with Kerridge or similar is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the dealerships to ensure accurate recording of vehicle sales
- Invoicing in line with daily handover schedule
- Taxing new vehicles as required
- Supporting the sales teams to ensure maximum guest experience
- Reporting as required to ensure we are compliant with manufacturer standards
- Always maintaining high standards of accuracy and highlighting areas for improvement
