Sales Support Coordinator

• Serve as main point of contact for a specific territory
• Analyze issues and provide the best resolution for the customer and company
• Collaborate effectively with various departments including Order Processing, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.
• Communicate effectively with dealer partners and external sales representatives
• Provide appropriate and timely responses to inquiries and requests
• Must be well-versed in the Indiana Furniture product offering, and/or be willing to learn
• Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
• Ability to travel as required; currently anticipated to be <5% for the purpose of professional development, customer visits, etc.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned at management’s discretion
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Access and Outlook is required
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in the contract furniture industry is preferred
• Minimum of associate degree is preferred
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; must be a team player with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive problem-solving skills

  The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for performing duties in support of an assigned territory, in addition to providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
