Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team for Greater Toronto Area (GTA) branches by managing various back-end paperwork and administrative tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle back-end paperwork for the sales team, including processing RMAs, credits, and managing ship & debit issues.
- Address and resolve claims and maintain records of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
- Answer and transfer phone calls for the GTA sales team, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Provide coverage for core branches in the GTA during staff shortages or vacations, maintaining seamless operations.
- Engage in learning about the electrical industry to enhance product knowledge and customer service.
- Assist with counter sales, inside sales, and quoting processes to support the sales team and meet customer needs.
