MediaForm is the market leader in commercial IT supplies and print solutions. We are currently experiencing immense growth and are looking to expand our team in the Sydney office with a full-time Sales Support/Customer Service role.
As a company, MediaForm specialises in the Print & IT space delivering excellent service and solutions from all major vendors such as but not limited to HP, Samsung, Fuji Xerox, Lexmark and Brother to our business & corporate clients throughout Australia. With offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, MediaForm is looking to build a strong team of like-minded individuals to grow within the company and service our clients with their Print & IT needs and more.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in varied tasks within the business
- Data entry
- Customer service (inbound/outbound calls and emails)
- Entering online sales orders
- Understanding the portfolio of products, services and overall ethos of the business
- Supporting the existing sales support team
