Sales Support Engineer - Gasket product (West / 5 days / MNC) - WC2

• Process sales orders accurately and provide customers with order confirmations and tracking updates.
• Prepare Proforma Invoices/DTIN to support customer payments when needed.
• Ensure correct pricing is applied to orders based on company policies and agreed terms.
• Create and send Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers for order confirmations and updates.
• Update SAP with relevant order details after receiving supplier confirmations.
• Work with Finance to ensure timely payments for smooth supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate with Operations & Production Teams to handle urgent orders.
• Create new part codes in IMS if they don’t already exist.
• Manage sample requests and submit them for approval when required.
• Process credit note requests and complete GCM forms as needed.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business, Engineering, Mechanical, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering products, especially gaskets and sealing solutions, is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
