We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing client interactions, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth execution of commercial cleaning, interior fit-out, and technical work projects. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales support, business development, or technical sales within commercial cleaning, interior fit-outs, or construction industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCad.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

• Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, cost estimates, and quotations.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and client needs.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and technical teams to ensure accurate and feasible solutions.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and support new business development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to interior fit-outs and technical services.
• Handle documentation, contracts, and invoicing processes in coordination with the finance team.
• Assist in tenders, RFPs, and technical documentation preparation.
