Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, assisting with product demonstrations, customer inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s elevator products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  3. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and other sales materials. Help to identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate elevator products and solutions.
  4. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements, and provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  5. Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals, technical specifications, Compliance Statements and other materials to support the sales and customer support teams.
  6. Product Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on customer feedback and market needs.
  7. Compliance: Ensure that all technical support and sales activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in technical support, sales support, or a related field, preferably in the elevator industry.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of elevator products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Auto CAD
