POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Support Executive will play a crucial role in supporting our sales representatives and ensuring smooth sales operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attending to customers via phone or email to provide information and resolve inquiries.
- Assist sales representatives with daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling of appointments, preparation & compilations of the relevant documentation/reports, client database maintenance, assisting in client onboarding & due diligence, etc.
- Handle all other ad-hoc administration tasks when assigned.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
