Sales Support Executive

• Ensure efficient and smooth operation of airfreight & Ocean/ Trucking shipments.
• Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.
• Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.
• Ensure timely sending of pre-alerts for all shipments.
• Update shipments uplift report.
• Assist to ensure selling/cost job for each job.
• Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.
• Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.
• Manage Airlines/Shipping line/Co-loader network and ensure best buying rates for the company.
• Response to RFQ/Rates Request.
• Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
• Ensure profitability for businesses secured by sales with regular review with management.
• Assist in development of airfreight/oceanfreight businesses from existing customers assigned.
• Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
