DESCRIPTION

Sales support work focuses on a combination of general sales and marketing work including face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers, assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions, planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s).

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Energy
• Preferable with 1 year of experience
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Good communication skills and strong team spirit
• Oriented towards delivering high quality services and results
• Self-derived person, structured, with analytical thinking skills
• Seriousness and accountability

• Analysis of customer specifications for transmission to product management teams and preparation of offers to meet customer requirements.
• Support for product management teams, as a back-up – discussions with HE factories and customers
• Understanding commercial terms and conditions, Incoterms, etc.
• Preparation of calculations for budget offers
• Internal presentations for the offered projects
• Participation and organization of events to improve the image of Hitachi Energy Romania
• Meetings with new and existing customers
• Support in preparing the analysis of the won/lost orders.
• Verification of auction platforms
• Working with the Salesforce.com platform
• Collaboration with Customer Support to coordinate orders to the factory
