We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for full-time permanent Sales Support Administrator to join our Chinchilla branch to help drive instore sales of our agricultural merchandise products and support with day to day administration of the branch.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:

  • Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
  • Processing sales both in store and on farm
  • General sales administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
  • Liaising with regional agronomists and clients
  • Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
  • Debtor management
  • Livestock sale processin

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support/sales role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
  • Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
  • Current driver’s licence and forklift ticket is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickl
