Description:
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Support role in North Charleston, South Carolina. The role involves supporting our sales and operations teams in various administrative tasks, customer communication, and sales documentation. The workplace is an open office environment where teamwork and clear communication are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative tasks to support the Vice President’s operations.
- Utilize SAP ERP system to generate sales quotes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Regularly engage with the company CRM to manage customer relationships and data.
- Use MS Office Suite proficiently to perform various tasks and manage data.
- Communicate with customers through email, telephone, and text messaging, ensuring clear and timely responses.
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and promptly.
- Participate in cross-training efforts to ensure a well-rounded skill set within the team.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide support to other areas as needed, particularly during a team member’s absence or to meet company goals.
- Perform all responsibilities with a positive and high-energy attitude to promote a healthy work environment.
- Proficient in using SAP and SAP ERP systems
- Experience in CRM is required
- Ability to generate sales quotes and manage customer invoices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in sales support is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Customer service orientation.
