We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Support role. Based in North Canton, Ohio, this position involves supporting sales and various departments within the organization to facilitate daily business operations. You will primarily work on managing customer requests, ensuring the accuracy of data, and collaborating with logistics and inventory teams.

• Collaborate with sales and other departments to facilitate daily operations
• Handle customer requests including product quotes, samples, and pricing
• Follow up on sales calls and ensure quality assurance
• Act as a point of contact for Sales Representatives, providing ordering support and answering inquiries
• Maintain and update CRM data as required
• Perform data entry tasks and update documentation as necessary
• Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize skills in ‘Configure Price Quote (CPQ)’, ‘CRM’, ‘Answering Inbound Calls’, ‘Billing Functions’, ‘SyteLine’, ‘Inside Sales’, ‘Microsoft Excel’, ‘Import Customer Service’, to meet job demands.
• Proficiency in Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
• Ability to work with CRM systems
• Experience in answering inbound calls
• Knowledge of billing functions
• Familiarity with SyteLine
• Experience in inside sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Import Customer Service
