About Us: SMART Photonics is a leading foundry for integrated photonics, specializing in the development and production of photonic integrated circuits (PICs). Our innovative solutions cater to a diverse range of industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, and sensing. We are committed to advancing photonics technology and are looking for a passionate Sales & customer support colleague to join our dynamic commercial team.
In this broad and diverse position, you play a central role in our commercial processes by supporting the account managers in various steps of the sales process.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

• Bachelor’s or masters degree in technical field, preferable work experience in semiconductor customer and/ or sales support.
• Strong interest in photonics, semiconductor technology, or microelectronics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
• Accurate in the administrative tasks and customer communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
