REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or 2 - 3 years of professional experience working in the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform detailed research.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage potential leads using various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and digital tools.
  • Sales Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate sales appointments with prospective clients and from the inbound leads to facilitate opportunities for the sales team.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with the sales team to oversee and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and alignment with client needs.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to ensure accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and lead progress.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate on drafting, editing, and refining sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and promotion of sales events, webinars, and trade shows to engage potential clients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide organizational support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
