Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for supporting and contributing to the acquisition team. This role will be responsible for contacting current and potential customers to generate and qualify leads, promote products and services, and identify sales opportunities.

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • Two years of relevant experience.
  • C1 Level proficiency of Dutch and French languages
  • B2 Level proficiency in English
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Contact Management systems (CRM), Database and internet software.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Eager to learn and ability to adapt to changing situations as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day.
  • Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and compile lists of prospective customers for use as acquisition leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, aged leads, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
  • Makes cold calls and outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone, mail and e-mail to qualify leads and acquire rents.
  • Builds rapport with prospective landlords and acts as an advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Handles inbound acquisition lead calls to convert calls into closed deals.
  • Performs market research activities to enhance lead quality.
  • Obtain testimonials and ensure they are added to website.
  • Utilizes CRM system to manage pipeline and create lead activities & uploads transaction documents in M-Files.
  • Works with Marketing team to prepare and distribute campaigns.
  • Coordination of activities related to new acquisitions.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
