Description:
Office Location: Bucharest, hybrid role, 2 days/week office
Contract: 6 months with extension available
The agents will serve as the point of contact for Sellers, communicating through emails or virtual calls to navigate dual systems, teams, and environments. They will support opportunities and operations throughout the phased integration period. Agents must effectively interact with Sales and Sales Support teams and act as the interface through which requestors can engage with various functions, teams, and systems.
Tasks
- Integration Navigation Inquiries: Providing support and guidance to Sellers as they navigate the integration phase, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal workflow disruptions.
- Account Setup: Creating, updating, and validating accounts in enterprise systems.
- Opportunity Management: Proactively managing and tracking sales opportunities in enterprise systems to ensure alignment and consistent pipeline movement.
- Mixed Bid Support: Assisting Sellers and Sales Support teams in obtaining dual quotes and pricing.
- General Integration Escalations: Working to resolve Seller requests efficiently while ensuring timely responses and consistent communication with requestors.
Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively across email and virtual calls.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or support, with a strong understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce or similar platforms. Familiarity with dual-system environments is a plus.
- Demonstrated success working across multiple teams, departments, or organizations, especially during periods of change or integration. Skilled in managing interdependencies and resolving cross-functional challenges.
- Meticulous in account setup, tracking, and opportunity management. Able to follow structured processes and maintain accuracy when handling dual accounts, quotes, and other critical data points.
- Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and requests from various teams. Proactive in identifying potential challenges and addressing them before they impact sales workflows.
