MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales support
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in using Customer Management systems

Responsibilities:
- Provide business support for KAM by:
- Record prices and transport quotes for KAMs
- Data input for our customer management system
- Support in preparing monthly business review
- Prepare the Account Development Plans (ADP)
- Cultivate customer relationship
- Follow-up on Product selection/Brief assessment
- Manage sample request and tracking of delivery status
- Investigate and help resolve customer complaints
- Prepare and maintain internal cross functional contact lists and customer directory (account list, prices, codes and contacts)
- Ensure an organised service on all aspects of Customer Documentation, Questionnaires, Product Information Documents, etc.
