Sales Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers (AMs) to fulfill customers’ orders
• Provide sales support to BDMs and AMs such as order submission to partners, and any other sales-related support function
• Ensure sales fulfillment is completed timely and accurately
• Always aim to achieve error-free documentation for order processing
• Be the Point-of-contact with partners and customers on order fulfillment and daily operational matters
• Keep complete and proper records of order details in CRM system
• Respond to customer’s emails/ requests in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of information

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2-3 years of experience in order fulfilment and sales support
• Strong follow-up and co-ordination skills
• Good interpersonal skills to work well with all levels
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Good team player with initiative
• Meticulous in numbers and analytical
• Proactive & self-motivated
• Able to work under stress
