• Assisting in generating qualified leads.
• Preparing and submitting freight quotations and tenders efficiently depending on your level of experience and following up accordingly.
• Achieving agreed or given targets/deadlines as directed.
• Maintaining appropriate knowledge of competition, depending on your level of experience, and marketplace activity, reporting back any trends or developments.
• Supporting the Sales Team with customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
