THE BREAKDOWN:

Our Sales Systems & Dealer Support provides support to our Sales Director, Sales Team and Dealers together with looking after all sales applications. You must be able to troubleshoot problems. In addition, this position requires data entry and administrative duties. The position requires you to be flexible, dedicated and outgoing, with a passion for Snowsports. Ability to multi task and is a quick learner with internal sales software.

What you get to do: (other duties may be assigned)

  • Servicing Dealers, area managers & consumers with order and product queries in a swift and efficient manner, via Phone email & face to face.
  • Management of all orders entered into through elastic.
  • Issue Non warranty RA #s.
  • Sales systems support including Elastic Sales systems program configuration applications across for Indent, Reorder Thresholds and closeout discounts (sales programs working document creation). As well as staff training (internal and external) and Elastic performance management.
  • Extensive collaboration with logistics team and communication with freight forwarding services directly to resolve delivery issues. Prioritising key accounts and looking for solutions to maximise order fulfilment, structure container shipments and ensure deliveries are met on time.
  • Replacing lost product, making substitutions if possible or issuing credits/debits where necessary.
  • Assist Credit Controller with account reconciliation eg. shipping claims.
  • Create and manage multiple agreements for Marketing team year-round to secure product for key events and projects. Process orders for Promo, Team and industry Partners.
  • Assist the Department Manager & other members of the Account Management team in day-to-day tasks where required including sales associated tasks. This could include help with sell-ins, Trade Show, etc.
  • Finding key sell-in points to tailor to individual accounts through strong relationships and understand the market trends to negotiate sales.
  • Distribute any order related documentation including Order acknowledgments, Invoicing, Credits. Elastic bound
  • Assisting the team during clinics and provide training for Sales Systems Applications.
  • Stock and order management for Key large accounts as well as offline product agreements for those accounts as well as wholesale accounts.
  • Collaborate with software Development and I.T teams from other Burton regions to escalate and resolve complex and critical issues eg. missing orders, pricing discrepancies, inventory and sales programs.
  • Build and maintain long standing customer relationships. Understanding customer needs, provide ongoing knowledge, communication, address problems and offer solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Format delivery schedules for accounts. Work with Sales team to Communicate with customers on undersupply.
