As a Sales Team Assistant (f/m/d) you are responsible for assisting the European Sales Team in various aspects (administrative, organizational, and supportive). Through your position as an interface between our direct customers, sales and other company departments, such as marketing or logistics, you will ensure that our sales managers can sell efficiently and have the right information available at all times. Become part of our success story and take on the challenge by:

  • Ordering demo units and other samples through netsuite
  • Organizing meetings and conferences (incl. travel management)
  • Supporting new-joiners in all organizational aspects during onboarding and beyond
  • Local contact in the Ludwigsburg office for remote-sales people (anything to arrange in HQ)
  • Managing the marketing inventory and central brochure pool for Europe in all languages
  • Taing responsibility for central sales-inbox, and organizing weekly sales meeting (incl. meeting minutes)
  • You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification
  • You are an outgoing personality with high customer, service and sales orientation
  • You are an organizational talent and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
  • You like details and you don’t miss any “small print” in customer orders
  • You have experience in working with CRM and ERP systems. Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite is an advantage
  • You have excellent German and English skills, both oral and written
