SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of developing a high performing sales team within a technical environment. The successful candidate will also display:
- Previous experience in sales leadership, ideally within B2B technology services
- Proven track record of leading a high performing sales team that achieves sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident, outgoing nature with excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in strategically leading our sales team, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Through constructive and focused leadership, you will support and develop a team of Account Managers and Business development Mangers to achieve their sales targets, assisting with key accounts and technology roadmaps as need.
You will also be responsible for managing a small portfolio of key accounts and working directly on business development opportunities.
OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, achieving sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners
- Manage service delivery, measure customer satisfaction, and achieve consistent improvement in employee and customer satisfaction measures
- Implement and manage specific sales campaigns, ensuring the sales team delivers on targetsDevelop a culture within the business that embodies a “Can do, will do” attitude, strong customer focus, and high energy
