QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 2+ years in a sales leadership role, preferably in the gaming, crypto, or blockchain sectors, with proven success in B2B and B2C sales.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of gaming products, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead & Motivate: Guide and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets consistently.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and execute plans to grow revenue and market share while adapting to industry trends.

- Performance Management: Use CRM tools to monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements.
