Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Expert level of spoken and written German language skills required
- Fluency in English language written and Spoken is skills required
- Minimum of 1 year experience successfully leading a team
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales / negotiation / B2B phone sales is desired, but not required
- Solution driven mentality, with demonstratable experience negotiating or persuading others to take action
- Demonstrated ability to execute an effective sales process and lead a team
- The ability to prioritise, self-motivate with initiative to work steadily without direct supervision
- Effective time management skills
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, patience, coaching and leadership
- Must be comfortable placing outbound calls
- Experience in the mortgage, insurance or real estate industry is helpful but not required
- Soft skills such as:
- Strong communication skills
- Extreme ownership
- Facilitator of proactive team spirit
- Drive for continuous improvement
- Decisive
- Computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel
