Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As Sales Team Lead for North America, you’ll drive NewStore’s growth in the retail market, managing sales efforts while supporting and guiding a small team. This is a perfect role for a high-energy, experienced sales professional ready to step into management while actively contributing to new business development.
In this hybrid role, you’ll bring deep expertise in physical retail operations and transformation to develop value-driven relationships with retail brands, translating NewStore’s solutions into impactful retail experiences. As a strategic thinker, you’ll collaborate to empower and coach your team, starting with one direct report.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the charge in North American retail sales by finding and closing new business opportunities, and aligning NewStore’s cutting-edge solutions with prospect needs.
- Mentor and support your team member, providing hands-on coaching and development to help them achieve their targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships across all levels of retail enterprises, positioning NewStore as a valuable partner in their growth journey.
- Stay informed and connected with the latest in retail transformation, keeping NewStore top-of-mind for prospective customers.
- Problem-solve for impact: Address customer pain points with tailored solutions and showcase NewStore’s role in driving business success.
