Job Description:

• Lead, manage and train up local sales and project team to achieve monthly sales target and acceptable profit margin set by Management
• Assist in sales strategy and overall sales direction of company
• Provide leadership and vision to sales department
• Participate in the negotiation of sales contract and ensure terms and conditions are acceptable after evaluating risk and rewards
• Consistently meet customer expectations by ensuring teams provide good service and promt delivery
• Create and maintain good client support
• Maximise company profitability
• Prepare annual budgeting and forecasting for Management review and approval and ensure its team meet or exceed budget/forecast

Requirement:

• Must have more than 6 years of experience holding similar role and industry
• Diploma and above
• Confident and Strong communcation skills
• Driven, meticulous and able to work independently and also in a team
