We’re looking for a highly driven, experienced, and organised sales manager/team leader with a proven track record of supporting employees and having a hands on approach to leading a team of hungry sales advisors. This role is very hands on and you will be expected to get involved in all areas of the sales process. The leaders in our business are involved on the sales floor and are in direct contact with our customers, you will not be sat behind your desk and will be required to get involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the team by example
  • A can do attitude to problem solving
  • Holding team meetings and setting the standard every day
  • Quality Control of sales calls
  • Organising installation of two-pole isolators with national SIP companies..
  • Supporting and training the sales team and giving feedback.
  • Data entry and validation on our CRM.
  • Quality checking quotes, sales and calls from our sales team
  • General office management.
