- Motivate, lead and guide the team to reach their highest potential both in terms of service metrics and career goals;
- Ensure both individual and team productivity, manage performance, provide floor assistance and real-time coaching;
- Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Work with the team to create meaningful development plans and deliver feedback.
What you’ll need
- Fluency in English (C1 minimum);
- Experience managing teams (mandatory);
- Experience in Sales (mandatory);
- Analytical skills;
- Background in Digital Marketing (preferred);
- Availability to work at the office.
