Description:

SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue goals for the furniture showroom.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert advice on furniture selections, layout options, and design trends.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer shopping experience and increase satisfaction.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and assist customers with personalized recommendations and solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ related experience, luxury retail/ soft furnishing preferred
  • Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
  • Excellent social skills: the ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing
