Description:

PROFILE

  • Master’s degree in IT, engineering, mathematics, Economics or Finance.
  • Min. 10 years’ experience.
  • Excellent understanding of IT applications, architecture and systems.
  • Relevant experience of IT operations. Experience in Sales & Marketing would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills. Ability to manage multi-cultural and multi-sites teams of different levels (exempts and white collars). Ability to work in offshore context
  • Strong project and change management skills with a track record of successful project delivery, especially in Agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and listening skills.
  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive efficiency improvements.
  • Analytical mindset and creativity to seek and encourage innovation.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English. Any other European language is appreciated.

Responsibilities:

Within ArcelorMittal Europe - Flat Products, the CIO organisation is supporting the IT Strategy and IT Operations (Process and Systems exploitation and optimisation) for all transversal functions of ArcelorMittal Flat Carbon Europe (Finance, Procurement, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Commercial, etc.) as well as for the different plants.
“Digital & IT CMO” (D&IT CMO) department is an IT organization with proximity with Flat commercial business, which is responsible for the implementation of Business Processes and the interface management between operational Business stakeholders and IT providers.
D&IT CMO main stakeholders are the Business owners of the different CMO processes, the end users (Sales Agencies & Order Management Platforms), Supply Chain, Industrial Clusters and mills within the Flat Europe scope.

The main Missions of our Department are:

  • Steer / Support Legacy Information Systems (Performance, user support, Budget).
  • Drive the Evolution of Legacy Information Systems (Adapt to New business needs, deploy, optimize): Concentrate Business processes & systems Expertise.
  • Support Innovation & transformation.

Responsibilities

As Sales & Technical Services Domain Manager, you will lead a team responsible for Sales and Technical Services processes (Offer, Customer 360, Claims, …) implemented in IT-systems, and in charge of the Salesforce.com CRM evolution & maintenance.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure team’s objectives are met. Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, innovation, and excellence.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the coordination of projects. Ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including offshore partners. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage the portfolio of IT applications within your scope. Ensure that the portfolio aligns with the organization’s objectives and remains optimized for CMO processes.
  • Efficiency & quality Enhancement: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, increasing efficiency, and optimizing the Sales, Marketing and Technical Services processes. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, balancing the utilization of internal and external team members to achieve team’s goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the team, ensuring that KPIs and targets are met. Implement corrective actions and strategies as needed to address performance gaps. KPIs include but are not limited to project delivery (on time, in budget), release delivery (on time, right quality).
