Trench Right/Mr. Rooter is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sewer Repair Sales Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales as well as plumbing or sewer line services, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to identify and assess customers’ needs. This role involves both technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively promote and sell sewer line services and products.

As a Sewer Repair Sales Technician on the Trench Right/Mr. Rooter team, a typical day for you will include:

• Conduct thorough inspections of sewer lines to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide accurate and detailed assessments of sewer line conditions to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Educate customers on sewer line services, products, and preventative maintenance options.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals for sewer line repairs and installations.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in sewer line services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

BRING YOUR SKILLS AND ACHIEVE SUCCESS (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS):

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in plumbing or related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience. Proven experience in plumbing or sewer line services preferred, but not required.
• Strong sales skills and a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• A sense of humor.
