OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:

At Achievers, we hire you for you because we value the unique perspective and individuality that each person brings to our team. We are committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace where you belong, and your contributions are celebrated. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues who appreciate your strengths and are excited to learn from your experiences.
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Sales Trainer to develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for our Account Executives across all levels—from SMB to Enterprise. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MEDDICC and a strong understanding of best practices for sales methodologies, with a preference for familiarity with Force Management. You must be comfortable both developing customized training content and delivering engaging, impactful training sessions that resonate with a wide range of sales professionals.
This role will require you to be strategic in shaping the skills of our sales team while also being tactical and actively engaged in developing and delivering training materials and workshops.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales training or enablement.
  • Sales Methodology Knowledge: Deep understanding of MEDDICC, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with Force Management methodologies.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to facilitate training for diverse audiences, from early-career Account Executives to experienced sales professionals, in an engaging and effective manner.
  • Training Development Expertise: Proven experience in designing and developing sales training materials, playbooks, and other resources.
  • Hands-On Approach: Willingness to actively deliver training sessions and provide on-the-job coaching in addition to developing content.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in improving sales performance through training, with measurable outcomes (e.g., increased quota attainment, shorter ramp-up times, improved sales processes).
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to assess sales team needs and craft solutions that are both scalable and effective.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Force Management or other sales methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Development: Create and update training content, playbooks, and resources for Account Executives at various stages of their careers (SMB to Enterprise).
  • Facilitation: Lead live training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions focused on sales methodologies, with a particular emphasis on MEDDICC and other industry-standard sales practices.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Work closely with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, create tailored learning, and continually refine training to align with the evolving needs of the team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Use data and feedback to iterate and improve training programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure training materials and sessions are aligned with broader business objectives and sales goals.
  • Hands-on Approach: Develop and deliver training in an interactive, engaging manner while rolling up your sleeves to ensure the success of each session and team member.
