Responsibilities:
Field Coaching: Hit the road with our BDM’s 3 days a week minimum, offering hands-on guidance, observing sales meetings, and providing real-time feedback to enhance sales effectiveness.
Real Time Call Coaching: Working side by side with our wider Commercial teams to deliver on the spot coaching and feedback to maximize coaching impact and drive performance across the commercial division.
Individualized Coaching: Provide personalized coaching and mentorship, offering tailored feedback and support to help employees reach their full potential and exceed performance targets.
Driving Engagement: engage with the Commercial function to increase attendance of the weekly virtual sessions and support the implementation of new skills.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and
assessments to track individual and team progress, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
What we’re looking for in you:
- Sales Experience- Previous experience in customer-facing sales roles is
required. There is no previous training experience required.

Driver’s Licence: A full valid driving licence is a must-have for this role, as you’ll
