We are seeking a Sales Training & Development Associate Manager to join our team based in North Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Galderma ANZ Sales Capability strategy to enhance selling skills within the sales force.
  • Design and deliver engaging sales training workshops and field coaching sessions.
  • Assess sales competencies and partner with Sales Managers to address identified skill gaps through targeted training.
  • Create and execute product knowledge reinforcement programs to ensure comprehensive understanding across all Business Units.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings, embodying Galderma’s values and serving as a role model for the sales team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or completion within the first 12 months), or similar
  • University Degree in Health, Medical, or Life Sciences would be advantageous.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Sales with a proven track record, including 2+ years in Sales management and coaching. Experience in Consumer Health or FMCG preferred.
  • Training Expertise: Proficiency in instructional design, delivery of training materials, and assessment around Sales or Product training.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong background in sales, preferably in dermatology or pharmaceuticals, with a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to coach and collaborate effectively across teams.
