Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new sales leads via various channels and leveraging existing relationships with car dealers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners and dealers, etc.
• Conduct regular market research to understand trends and competitors, consistently provide product/ market feedback to the senior management.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize how to approach potential clients.
• Ensure the customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and post-sales.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Good understanding of the auto finance industry and its sales approach is mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in a relevant field.
• Good track record of exceeding sales KPIs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
