THE ROLE

At Dojo, Enterprise Technology is all about setting up and managing the systems that keep our business running smoothly, both now and in the future. We handle a mix of custom and third-party tools, always focusing on making operations more efficient and effective.
Our goal is to streamline time-consuming processes, reduce risk, and support our teams by prioritising the business systems that help them push our product strategy forward. We also build strong partnerships with third-party providers to keep things running smoothly.
While we can’t solve everything—like balancing different systems or dealing with capacity limits—we’re focused on improving processes and keeping things scalable so Dojo can continue to grow successfully.
We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled in Salesforce, but also thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. As part of our Salesforce team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping how we leverage Salesforce to support our business and our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

  • Guide our team and stakeholders as a Salesforce expert in product implementation, ensuring best practices are followed and sticking to our principles of favouring configuration over customisation
  • Use declarative change solutions and automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Offer technical support & knowledge for escalated user and production issues, ensuring smooth operations across teams
  • Help grow the next generation of Salesforce Administrators by providing mentoring and guidance to junior team members
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment where knowledge sharing and continuous learning thrive
  • Manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production
  • Maintain system auditing evidence and documentation to meet Dojo’s requirements.
  • Create and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, and custom objects/fields to ensure efficient access and usage across the company
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows that empower teams to make data-driven decisions
  • Evaluate, install, and configure third-party apps from the AppExchange to enhance Salesforce functionality
