POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Salesforce Admin to become our inhouse subject-matter on everything Salesforce related. Youll work in close collaboration with our CEO, Sales Operations and Clients Services team to take elev8 to the next phase of hyper growth. This position is a high-impact growth opportunity for the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ Salesforce.com administration experience overall

  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications

  • Experience of documenting processes, procedures and policies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for learning and staying current with new technologies

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of elev8s processes and systems
  • Configure, administer and enhance our Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud setup
  • Author and maintain technical solution documentation for entire techstack
  • Lead the implementation of new applications and cross platform integrations
  • Develop dashboards & reports for both management and individuals
  • Thoroughly test new features and perform data management work as needed
  • Develop and maintain low-code automations using our established toolset
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
