Description:

Salesforce Administrator
About Us
We are a proudly New Zealand-owned, award-winning KiwiSaver and wealth manager. Our mission is to educate and empower our customers to make informed financial decisions and achieve strong long-term performance. With a relentless focus on these goals, we are dedicated to growing Kiwis’ wealth and helping them attain better financial outcomes in retirement.
At our core, we are a purpose-driven business, caring deeply about making a difference. Our passionate team plays a crucial role in bringing our mission to life. We foster a culture of idea-sharing and empowerment, encouraging our people to lead initiatives that positively impact our business, community, and members.

Responsibilities:

We have a new opportunity to join our growing Salesforce team. As a business, we have invested heavily in technology to enhance the experience for our members and advisers and ensure better ways of working. In this role, you will partner with our business units to identify their needs and ensure that we are maximising our investment, improving and supporting Salesforce functionality and usage.

Your day-to-day will look something like this:

  • Mix of supporting the delivery of key projects (including business projects like launching new digital tools or maintenance work for new releases), and BAU (supporting tickets for small changes, bug fixes, user creation/deactivation).
  • Partnering with internal teams to understand their needs and, with the help of senior colleagues, identify opportunities in business processes that can be achieved with Salesforce functionality.
  • Acting as the liaison and ‘bridge’ between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Training and coaching internal users in Salesforce capabilities.
  • Designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes.
  • Undertaking end-to-end testing across Salesforce changes and enhancements.
