CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or proven technical Salesforce administration experience
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing CPQ or similar billing systems
• Programming proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages, plus working knowledge of web development fundamentals
• Demonstrated experience with GenAI tools and their practical business applications

• Perform basic Salesforce end-user administration or routine maintenance tasks
• Handle traditional CRM implementations without CPQ components
• Work in isolation - this is a collaborative role requiring direct customer interaction
