Description:
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce products, including Sales, Service, and Pardot. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and listening skills, the ability to lead requirement gathering sessions, and manage project phases from inception to post-production. Experience with CPQ and Salesforce is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage requirement gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations.
- Work with customers and client stakeholders to understand the application topology and business flow, documenting requirements.
- Collaborate with technologists to develop use cases.
- Drive requirements from start to finish, demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Execute high-quality deliverables across all phases, including process flows and user interface use cases.
- Understand and perform responsibilities of a Business Analyst in each phase of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Manage individual workload effectively, mentor team members, and communicate status updates proactively.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Support the development team by translating functional requirements.
- Validate that the technical design solution aligns with business specifications.
- Author and compile user stories and use cases.
- Interface with technical managers and teams.
- Collaborate with IT counterparts (project, development, QA managers) and development resources to create and validate business requirements and project specification documents.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Pardot).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to lead and manage requirement gathering sessions.
- Proficiency in understanding and documenting application topology and business flow.
- Ability to develop and drive use cases from start to finish.
- Experience with CPQ and Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Effective workload management and mentoring skills.
- Experience in authoring user stories and use cases.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $32.36/hour - $50.56/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis
