POSITION:

Position Overview: Outra are seeking a skilled Salesforce Expert to join our team and own and optimise the use of Salesforce within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce’s capabilities and features, including configuration, customization, and integration, to support our business processes and drive efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

Role Responsibilities:

  • User administration
  • Data management
  • Reporting
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce, including workflows, dashboards, reports, and custom objects.
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth and Performance Marketing Team to develop and maintain in depth reports to track Sales funnel and Marketing efficiency.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations with other business systems and applications.

  • Sales support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Train and support users to maximize their use of the platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and features to recommend improvements.
