Salesforce Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Certification in Salesforce Admin (CRT101) and Scrum Master is highly preferred.
• BAs would need to have experience eliciting requirements and working on implementation designs on top of having Salesforce related skillset.
• The Business Analyst shall have at least a Diploma, with at least three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
• The Business Analyst shall be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
• Business Analysts who graduated from Business School, Computer Science, Information Technology, and other Engineering discipline would be advantageous.
• The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System.
• The Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
