Description:

YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a role implementing workflow & automation solutions, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
  • Passion for creating automation and operational efficiency.
  • Naturally curious and a proven collaborator.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes.
  • Experience with API integrations and understanding of other enterprise software platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data, and create sophisticated reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to debug and articulate human and system related errors.
  • Knowledge of residential real estate operations and the Single Family Rental asset class is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

Join our product team as a Salesforce Business Analyst where you will play a pivotal role in scaling our real estate asset management platform. You will work closely with our technology and operations teams to drive workflow automation and process improvements, often from the ground-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work across the org chart to analyze and map business processes. From those process maps you’ll partner directly with management to develop clear and actionable workflows.
  • Translate those learnings to practice by designing, testing, and implementing Salesforce features and functionalities to support various business initiatives / process improvements. This can include enhancing existing workflows on our Salesforce platform, and also managing projects from conception through execution
  • Lead the integration efforts for our core platform / tools such as Salesforce with other key platforms that are part of our ecosystem including but not limited to industry leading real estate tools across Property Management Software, Inspection Tools, Scheduling Components etc…
  • Develop and maintaining documentation on Salesforce processes, systems configurations, and related training materials.
  • Work with ops managers to drive adoption of new processes & technology.
