SHORT DESCRIPTION:

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Location for this position is Auckland NZ and Sydney AUS
Salary Range: 108,571- 111,062 AUD Annual Gross
Please Note:- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes

QUALIFICATIONS

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 6 years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation
• At least 6 years of experience working in Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services.
• At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce Development Life Cycle including Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, ChangeSet and Ant.
• Good understanding of best practices of coding standards
• At least 2 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
• Experience of atleast 1 Salesforce Communications Cloud implementation project.
• Experience of working on Omni studio and industries CPQ and Industries Order management
• Experience in creating technical design documents
• Valid Salesforce certification credentials – Platform Developer 1/2
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment and has client interfacing skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Additional Essential Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Participating in Daily Standups and weekly reviews
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Business, emerging technologies in relevant industry / domain, strong understanding of trends (market and technology) in areas of specialization.
