We are currently looking for a Salesforce Cloud Expert (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) to join our team.
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar field;
• Min. 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Cloud Expert;
• Experience in Salesforce platform development and administration;
• Strong knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud;
• Solid experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs;
• Experience gathering/translating requirements into technical specifications;
• Experience customizing Salesforce applications;
• Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting;
• Experience conducting training sessions;
• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant;
• Good communication skills;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
