QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
  • Ability to gather, document, develop, and analyze business requirements for solution design
  • Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards
  • Support and maintain the applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal performance
  • Experience working with teams to deliver in Agile project environments
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
  • Ability to perform functional testing and create product roadmaps
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology
  • Salesforce Certified
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92,000.00 to $155,000.00.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions
  • Problem solve and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Write and refine user stories through discovery sessions
  • Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Assist in proposal development as requested
  • Test completed functionality and work with developers to create a quality feature
  • Assist with supporting non-dev activities including deliverables, documentation, training, demos, and more
  • Develop your skills through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
