THE POSITION
OPSWAT is looking for a Salesforce CPQ Administrator to join our CRM Platform team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our business by administering and configurating our Salesforce CPQ system that is the heart of our company. This role requires someone with strong working knowledge on the Salesforce CPQ platform.
By nature, you have a strong knowledge on quote to cash process. You should have the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and business systems analysts to deliver CPQ enhancements. You will need to have experience working in an agile and sprint environment. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and capable of handling SFDC and CPQ administrative tasks and small to medium sized projects concurrently.
This position is onsite based in our San Francisco office and work closely with our business systems analyst, architect, and members from Product Ops and Rev Ops teams.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Salesforce Administrator Certified. Preferably Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and/or CPQ certified.
- A Minimum of 3-5 year of experience with Salesforce.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience working with Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, and Deal Desk
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data storage, object model, security model, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Jira.
- Experience supporting third-party application integrations (i.e. HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Customer Portal).
- Solid experience with the typical Salesforce tools (DataLoader, Workbench, etc.).

Responsibilities:
- Administrator and configure our Salesforce CPQ environments.
- Perform testing on proposed features before deploying into production.
- Independently and/or work closely with our BSA to review requests and troubleshoot Salesforce system issues.
- Understand Salesforce technical deficiencies, define root causes, test potential solutions, and implement resolutions.
- Effectively communicate with our Products Ops, Rev Ops, and Order Management to gather details and deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Work within an Agile, Sprint, and Jira environment with proper documentation.
