JOB OVERVIEW
Experienced Salesforce professional adept at both development and administrative functions, with the ability to engage in business analysis when required. Focused on leveraging the Salesforce platform to develop and enhance business solutions while ensuring high system performance and user satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
Required Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201 or higher); development certifications are a plus.
Proficient with Apex, Visualforce, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning is preferred

Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce to meet business needs.
Administer and configure Salesforce, including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and user interfaces to optimize platform utility.
Perform requirement gathering and documentation as needed, translating business processes into clear technical specifications.
Conduct tests for both developed solutions and configurations to ensure system integrity.
Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users to foster adoption and skill enhancement.
Address and resolve issues pertaining to Salesforce configurations and developments.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to continually improve solutions.
Collaborate with team members across technical and non-technical departments to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
