REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years combined experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Solid business acumen and communication with ability to translate high-level business needs into technical requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels to deliver solutions with end-to-end business implications and end-users considered
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with SalesForce Lightning components and architecture
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer)

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SalesForce Developer and Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for the development, customization, administration, and cross-system integrations of our Salesforce sales cloud platform. The ideal candidate has strong technical and problem-solving skills and is able translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications. The successful candidate considers end-to-end business implications and effectively communicates and collaborates with end-users in all solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, customize, and maintain the Salesforce sales cloud platform to support business processes and requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and data integrations
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment and improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation
  • Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, addressing technical issues and user inquiries
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems
  • Conduct proactive quality assurance and enhancement analysis to maximize Salesforce potential, including implementing best practices into processes, logic, and data flows
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform’s capabilities
